Australian Cinematographers Society Accreditation
ACS Accreditation is considered the highest honour awarded by the Australian Cinematographers Society.
In 2008 Velinda Wardell became the 6th female cinematographer to be awarded ACS Accreditation.
This allows her to display the letters ACS after her name.

Festival Screenings
Velinda’s work has been invited to screen at Camerimage, a festival that celebrates outstanding achievement in cinematography.
Other festival screenings include Cinéma des Antipodes at Cannes, Shot on Red LA, LA Comedy Festival, Flickerfest, Melbourne International Film Festival, St. Kilda Film Festival, Palm Springs International Film Festival, Aspen Shortsfest, Clermont- Ferrand and Cleveland International Film Festival. She has won multiple awards from the Australian Cinematographers Society.
